My back has been really hurting me lately. I've been really very conscious about my posture lately and doing core strengthening exercises. My lower back has always sort of hurt me, mostly due to bad posture from hunching to try to hide my chest. Now it's spreading to my upper back. I think a lot of it is the mattress we sleep on, but I am beginning to think a lot of it has to do with wearing a binder. I need to really prioritize saving everything I can and getting chest surgery. I know it won't solve it all right away, but the pressure will be relived and I think I'll have more confidence to walk and stand with proper posture. In the meantime, I'll keep up my exercises and save up my money.
