My back has been really hurting me lately. I've been really very conscious about my posture lately and doing core strengthening exercises. My lower back has always sort of hurt me, mostly due to bad posture from hunching to try to hide my chest. Now it's spreading to my upper back. I think a lot of it is the mattress we sleep on, but I am beginning to think a lot of it has to do with wearing a binder. I need to really prioritize saving everything I can and getting chest surgery. I know it won't solve it all right away, but the pressure will be relived and I think I'll have more confidence to walk and stand with proper posture. In the meantime, I'll keep up my exercises and save up my money.

3 years on Testosterone

I don't have much to say except that it's been a good 3 years and I'm happy with the changes and I've finally got a decent beard. (Though not today as it's growing back from when I shaved last week. I wish I hadn't. I never will again.)

I am not very good at being a guy. Now, don't get me wrong, I was lousy at being a girl. And I'm positive that there are plenty of guys who aren't that good at being guys. In the normally perceived way. I just don't know how to interact properly. Also, I'm socially awkward anyhow, so it's not just with guys. I just don't know how to act. What to say. So I tend to not say anything.

For the record, my boyfriend is great at being a guy.
