I realize this is a late discovery, but I have an adam's apple. There have been conflicting reports as to whether trans guys could have them. And I guess perhaps it's just genetics like most things. But my voice deepened, so my larynx enlarged. Here's proof:
I don't understand why people don't believe you can grow them. It is documented fact that most guys will have increased ossification in their facial bones (all bones actually) so why wouldn't you be able to grow additional cartilage? Yet people fight me tooth and nail on it. Anway- congrats on the Adam's apple...i thought you knew or I would of pointed it out!
